Cancellation Before Dispatch:

 

Cancellation requests are only accepted before the dispatch of the product.

To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team at care@mogs.store. 

 

Cancellation Process:

 

Once a cancellation request is received, our team will verify the order status.

If the order is still pending dispatch, the cancellation will be processed.

A confirmation of the cancellation will be sent to the email address provided during the order placement.

Cancellation After Dispatch:

 

Unfortunately, we cannot entertain cancellation requests once the product has been dispatched.

Refund Policy:

 

Refund/Return Eligibility:

 

Refunds are only applicable in cases where a defective or damaged product is received.

Refund requests must be raised by email within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Refund Process:

 

Customers must email us at care@mogs.store with the subject line "Refund Request - Order #[Your Order Number]."

Include detailed information about the issue, along with clear photographs of the defective or damaged product. The Tag should be intact with the product as given and should not be detached from the product.

Our customer support team will assess the request and respond within 7 business days.

Refund Approval:

 

If the refund request is approved, the customer will receive instructions on how to return the product.

The returned product must be in its original packaging and condition.

Refund Processing Time:

 

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 15 business days.

Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
